Description

  • laying face down, arms resting at sides
  • keeping trunk and pelvis stable, extend one hip, lifting the whole leg while keeping the knee straight
  • at the same time lift the opposite arm without bending the elbow
  • lower both the arm and leg
  • alternate and repeat as needed
