Activity: (VIDEO) ▶️ Knee mobility: heel slides


A simple knee mobility exercise.


  • laying on your back, hips and knees bent, feet on the floor
  • keeping the trunk and pelvis stable, slide one heel away, straightening the leg
  • slide your heel back up, returning to the flexed position
  • repeat as needed
  • NOTE: can use a strap to assist knee flexion if needed
