Summary

A stretch for the posterior aspect of the upper arm, involving the triceps muscle group.

Description

  • sitting or standing
  • reach one hand over your head towards your shoulder blades
  • using the other hand, reach over your head and grasp the elbow
  • gently pull the the arm towards your head until a stretch is felt in the back of the arm
  • hold and repeat as needed
