Summary

Basic shoulder mobility exercise involving minimal load through the shoulder joint.

Description

  • standing with one hand supported on a chair-back or countertop, the other arm dangling at rest
  • keep the chest open and the shoulders relaxed
  • with the elbow straight, make circular movements with the arm in either direction, within the comfortable range
  • repeat as needed
