Full functional squat mobilization

Exercise to improve mobility and comfort in a deep squat.

  • start with your feet on the floor, shoulder width, with your feet turned out slightly
  • gently lower into a deep squat position focusing on bending your hips and knees and much less from your back
  • you may place your hands on something or the floor for balance
  • gently shift your weight from side to side, and ease into more movement
  • only work within the comfortable range
  • repeat as needed
