Hip adduction from side plank
A srengthening exercise for hip adductors, done from a side plank with use of a bench.ul>
start in a side plank position with inner aspect of the “top side” foot supported on a stable workout bench
slowly raise the other leg to meet the top leg
hold if needed
be sure to maintain a neutral spine position throughout this movement
return to the starting position
repeat as needed
