Rolling adductors, medial thigh

Rolling for the anterior hip and thigh, involving the iliopsoas and quadriceps muscles.

  • laying face down, supported on elbows, with one leg flexed at the hip and knee, and the thigh abducted (or opened up) to one side
  • place a roller under the inside of the thigh
  • roll side to side on the roller over areas of tension, only working within the comfortable range
  • repeat as needed
