Rolling with ball: myofascial release

Rolling with a ball against the wall or on the d]ground, which can be used for various aspects of the body.

  • using a small ball of the desired size and firmness to roll various (muscular, tendinous, fascial) parts of the body on
  • can use a wall or the floor
  • relax the area you may be rolling
  • avoid rolling over any bony prominences
  • should feel relieving and not be sharply painful
