Upper limb mobility: median nerve bias
A mobility exercise for the upper extremity, involving some tension on the median nerve.
- keep the head and neck in a neutral position
- gently depress the scapula
- lift the arm to approx 90 degrees
- straighten the elbow
- supinate (turn the palm face up)
- extend the wrist
- move in and out of this position, only working within the comfortable range
- repeat as needed
