(VIDEO) ▶️ 4-point kneeling: arm lift
An active exercise for the trunk and upper extremities, involving the shoulder flexors, scapular retractors, and back extensors.
- staring in a 4-point kneeling position (hands and knees)
- maintain a neutral spine position, and always breathe normally
- without moving the spine or pelvis, raise one arm straight forward until it is parallel to the ground
- return to the start position
- repeat as needed
