(VIDEO) ▶️ 4-point kneeling: leg lift

An active exercise for the trunk and lower extremities, involving the back and hip extensors.

  • staring in a 4-point kneeling position (hands and knees)
  • maintain a neutral spine position, and always breathe normally
  • without moving the spine or pelvis, raise one leg until it is straight and parallel to the ground
  • return to the start position
  • repeat as needed
