A plantar flexion stretch, in kneeling, for the anterior compartment of the leg.

  • kneeling on the floor with the toes pointed
  • hold and repeat as needed
  • NOTE: if the range is too limited, a cushion can be placed between the bottom and the calves, and/or a small roll can be placed under the front of the ankle
