(VIDEO) ▶️ Anterior sling with trunk rotation: pulley

An upper body resistance exercise in a functional lunge position, focused on the anterior sling stabilizing muscles

  • standing in high lunge position, facing away from the pulley, place the handle in the hand opposite to the forward foot (eg: L foot forward, pulley in R hand)
  • push the hand forward against the resistance
  • incorporate the natural rotational movement through the trunk and hips
  • repeat as needed
