(VIDEO) ▶️ Hip flexion, abduction and external rotation stretch: supine

A stretch into hip flexion, external rotation and abduction, involving the piriformis.

  • laying on your back, hips and knees bent
  • cross the stretch-side leg over the other, resting the outside of the ankle on the opposite knee
  • using your hands, pull the opposite leg up towards your chest
  • hold and repeat as needed
