Lumbo-pelvic rotation stretch in supine.

  • laying on your back with one knee bent
  • let the bent knee fall towards the other side of the body, causing the trunk to twist
  • hold and repeat as needed
  • NOTE: stretch can be modified by elongating the lifted side of the trunk, that side’s arm overhead, essentially side bending the trunk towards the floor
