Lumbo-pelvic rotation stretch in supine.
- laying on your back with one knee bent
- let the bent knee fall towards the other side of the body, causing the trunk to twist
- hold and repeat as needed
- NOTE: stretch can be modified by elongating the lifted side of the trunk, that side’s arm overhead, essentially side bending the trunk towards the floor
