An upper body resistance exercise in a functional lunge position, focused on the posterior sling stabilizing muscles.

  • standing in high lunge position, facing towards the pulley, place the handle in the hand opposite to the forward foot (eg: L foot forward, pulley in R hand)
  • maintain central control of the trunk, pelvis and hip
  • pull the hand backward against the resistance
  • repeat as needed
