(VIDEO) ▶️ Posterior sling with trunk rotation: pulley

An upper body resistance exercise in a functional lunge position, focused on the posterior sling stabilizing muscles.

  • standing in high lunge position, facing towards the pulley, place the handle in the hand opposite to the forward foot (eg: R foot forward, pulley in L hand)
  • pull the hand backward against the resistance
  • incorporate the natural rotational movement of the trunk and hips
  • repeat as needed
