Basic spinal mobility exercise from 4-point kneeling, involving spinal flexion.

  • start in a 4-point kneeling position (hands and knees)
  • keep your shoulders and chest wide and spine neutral
  • keeping your arms straight, lower your torso
  • keeping your arms straight, now lift your torso
  • repeat as needed
