Shoulder resistance exercise pressing forwards, involving the shoulder flexors and elbow extensors.
- attach a resistance band to something stable at approximately elbow height
- grasping the other end of the band, turn away so your back is at the fixation point
- with the chest wide and shoulders relatively relaxed, press forward with the hand against the resistance
- return to the start position
- repeat as needed
