(VIDEO) ▶️ Shoulder forward push with resistance

Shoulder resistance exercise pressing forwards, involving the shoulder flexors and elbow extensors.

  • attach a resistance band to something stable at approximately elbow height
  • grasping the other end of the band, turn away so your back is at the fixation point
  • with the chest wide and shoulders relatively relaxed, press forward with the hand against the resistance
  • return to the start position
  • repeat as needed
