Basic spinal mobility exercise from 4-point kneeling, involving spinal flexion and extension.

  • start in a 4-point kneeling position (hands and knees)
  • gently drop the trunk down towards the floor, ie: extend the back
  • gently arch the back up, ie: flex the back
  • repeat as needed
