Basic spinal mobility exercise from crook-lying, working through the mid-range of trunk rotation.
- laying on your back, hips and knees bent, feet flat on the floor
- keeping your knees together, rotate your low back by gently dropping the knees from one side to the other, only working within the comfortable range
- repeat as needed
