Tall kneeling squat-type exercise facilitating posterior translation of the pelvis in squatting.

  • start in a kneeling position, shins on the ground, but the rest of your body (from the knees up) upright
  • keeping your spine neutral, sink back with your pelvis, slowly moving to a full kneeling position
  • return to the start position
  • repeat as needed
