Tall kneeling squat-type exercise facilitating posterior translation of the pelvis in squatting.
- start in a kneeling position, shins on the ground, but the rest of your body (from the knees up) upright
- keeping your spine neutral, sink back with your pelvis, slowly moving to a full kneeling position
- return to the start position
- repeat as needed
