(VIDEO) ▶️ Thumb extensor and abductor stretch

Stretch for the extensors and long abductor of the thumb.

  • flex or curl up your thumb into the palm of the hand
  • flex or close up the fingers over top of the thumb
  • very gently, tilt the wrist towards the “pinky” side until a stretch is felt on the other side of the wrist and thumb
  • hold and repeat as needed
