Upper thoracic opening exercise in supine over a small roll.
- laying on your back, knees bent, with a roller under the thoracic spine
- support the head with hands, keeping the neck in a neutral position
- gently roll back, extending the thorax (upper back) to a comfortable position
- incorporate deep breathing to further facilitate thoracic extension
- repeat as needed
