(VIDEO) ▶️ Bridge: segmental roll-up

A mobility exercise working on segmental flexion of the spine and pelvis.

  • laying on your back, knees bent, feet placed flat on the ground
  • curling up your pelvis, then, one-by-one, imagine curling and lifting up each vertebrae
  • stop once you are only resting on your shoulders blades and upper back
  • repeat the movement in reverse to lower back to the ground
  • repeat as needed
