Deep squat mobilization with straps

Exercise to improve mobility and comfort in a deep squat.

  • grasp the handles of two exercise/training straps that are securely fastened in front of you, or grab on to a fixed bar or post
  • gently lower into a deep squat position while holding on to the support
  • gently move side to side, or in circular motions to ease into more movement
  • only work within the comfortable range
  • repeat as needed
